I'm writing my first letter as Chairman of the Missouri Democratic Party to ask for your help. Missouri has always been better with strong Democratic Leadership and a stronger Democratic Party. So, when I was elected as the new Chairman just days ago, I committed to build our party organization and network so our great candidates and powerful message of competence over chaos can reach every corner of the state. I also pledged to reach out to Democracy loving Americans across the country to help Missourians fire Josh Hawley and his Republican enablers in 2024.

I believe we have some amazing assets on our side. Our diversity is our strength and our unity is our power. We have a deep bench of experienced current and former Democratic leaders with records of service to be championed. We have a talented and passionate new generation of leaders who are energized to move Missouri to a brighter future beyond the backward policies coming out of the one-party Republican rule in Jefferson City--policies that regularly put Missouri in the national news in ways that are nothing short of cringe worthy. 

The Republican strategy is to win by division, disinformation, and distraction. Today's extreme MAGA Republicans (not your grandfather's Republican party) are hell bent on keeping power by taking your rights and freedoms away!

Missouri Republicans are attacking your freedom to vote, assaulting the rights of women, minorities and LGBTQ. They are restricting health care, limiting what you can read or what history you can teach. They are keeping our teachers the lowest paid in the country and choosing not to fund our public libraries. They even want to weaken the very popular Missouri referendum process because it dares to put a check on their powers.
